Wilson Sod is a family owned and operated grass farm located just north of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex in Wise County. We have been in the grass business for 14 years. In recent years, in an effort to expand our business we began growing our own grass. Now in our 3rd year of grass production we continue to expand and diversify our sod production to meet our customers needs. Our St. Augustine, Tifway 419, and Palisades Zoysia is all grown on Native Texas Soils that will mesh well with your yard and eliminate complications. Whether you would like to come out to the farm and pickup up a pallet or have Wilson Sod Deliver multiple truck loads there is no job to large or small.

We are proud members of Turfgrass Producers of Texas. The Turfgrass Producers of Texas is an organization dedicated to furthering the progression of the turf industry through funding research, promoting higher business standards and cooperating closely with divisions of government and private organizations whose activities affect the sod industry.
We have produced sod for a variety of landscapers, nurseries, municipalities and businesses as well as for individual home owners. All of our sod is cut and delivered within a day providing for maximum success for your lawn.
All of our turf is cut in 16” by 24” squares and there is approximately 171 squares on a pallet. Pallets weigh between 2000 and 2500 lbs. We also cut rolls upon special request.
